GORDON FREDERICK GRAVELINE December 2 1935 - February 10,2006 It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our father, brother and grandfather, Gordon Graveline on Friday, February 10, 2006. Left to cherish his memory are his children Cathy O'Donnell, Laura (Rene) Proulx, Gord (Kimberly) and Blair (Didi). Grampa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Blake and Brenna O'Donnell, Tanner and Jordan Graveline and Sarah and Karina Shaw. He is also survived by his siblings Don Graveline, Marilyn Rosenquist, Gail Rogers and Ellen Wilson as well as the mother of his children Trudy Graveline. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Place, mother and father Lizzie and Frederick Graveline; siblings Alan, Ted, Len, Bill, Dorothy, Gwen and Isabel. Gord was very involved in the Charleswood community in his earlier years volunteering much of his time at Roblin Park Community Club. He owned and operated a local sporting goods business. His previous employment was with Honeywell Controls. At the time of his death, Gord was residing near Gimli and leaves behind many close friends and neighbours. He was an active member in the Horizons Senior Group in Gimli. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
