Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOTTO GRAUMAN On Wednesday, February 1, 2006, Otto peacefully, but unexpectedly, passed away with his wife at his side as he went to be with the Lord. Deeply missed and forever cherished, Otto leaves behind his loving wife Margaret; children, Barb Zimbelman (Rev. Clyde), Dwight (Val), Chris (Heather), Tim (Deb), Phyllis Boon (Bart), Louise Braun (Murray), Andrew (Maureen), Brenda Edinger (Scott); 19 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; as well as numerous family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, a brother (in infancy), and two great-grandchildren. Otto was born May 20, 1921 in Moosehorn, MB where his parents homesteaded. He married his love and soulmate Margaret Rogalski in 1950, and their marriage of 55 years was blessed with eight children. He faithfully provided for his family through his passion for farming. Throughout his life, he was active in the church as both a deacon and usher. When he suffered his first heart attack, he and Margaret retired to Kelowna for 13 years, where he made many new, dear friends. In 2002, they moved back to Winnipeg to be close to family here. Faithful in his service to the church and to the Lord, Otto was a man of noble character and integrity, always willing to help anyone in need. All those who met Otto, liked him, and he had a great relationship with his whole family. He had no enemies. Otto was fun-loving and those who knew him well will never forget playing Rook with him. Otto's funeral service will be held on Monday, February 13 at 11:00 a.m. in Rowandale Baptist Church, 162 Rowandale Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, with Pastor Mark Woods officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Otto's memory for the Nigerian Mission Fund, cheques payable to the Rowandale Baptist Church.
