GEORGE STUART RIDDLE On Wednesday, February 8, 2006, George passed away at Riverview Health Centre, at the age of 73 years. George will be remembered by his children, John Dickson (Margaret), Brian Dickson (Mimi) and Shelly Dickson and their families; sister Iris Foulkes (Don); brother Reg (Olive); nieces, Karen (Theo and their children) and Chantelle (David) and nephew Jason. He was born and raised in Winnipeg. In 1951 George enlisted in the Fort Garry Horse, serving in Korea 1951 - 1952 with Lord Strathcona Horse. His career as an accountant took him to Brandon and to Thompson where he later started his own business, Digital Technologies Inc., retiring in 2002 and returned to Winnipeg. George's wit and talent for story telling will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. A family funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Blvd. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre, 3 West for the excellent care and attention given to George during his last days.
