ANNE MYSAK Peacefully Anne passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2006 at the age of 78 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Anne was predeceased by her parents; husband Peter in 1995; brother Nick; grandson Owen Mysak. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Geraldine of Winnipeg, Iris of Calgary; sons, Peter of Nanaimo, BC, Robert (Kandis) of Calgary, Glenn (Karen) of Winnipeg; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, numerous nieces and nephews. Anne was born in Winnipeg on October 31, 1927. She was raised in Ostenfeld, MB and returned to Winnipeg as a young girl. Anne married Peter (Mike) and they shared 48 happy years together. She worked hard all her life in the restaurant industry, where she made many lifelong friends. Anne was an active member of North Senior Achievers and loved to play Bingo. Anne loved her family unconditionally and always looked forward to holidays, birthdays or just spending time together. Her family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital and Dr. Finlayson who took such good care of Mom during her time there. Flowers gratefully declined. If friends so wish memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
