Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE YUFFE (SHINDLEMAN) Peacefully on February 6, 2006 Elsie passed away. She was born in Winnipeg, June 1, 1918 to Shprinza and Gershan Shindleman. Mourning her loss are her children, Howard, Stephen (Randie), Corky (Stephen) Rosenfield, Debbie (Abe) Braverman and Faygee Hecht and her brother Jack Shindleman. Her grandchildren, Lee, Rebekah, Lorne, Erin (Adam), Sharla and Lana and great-granddaughter Cayla will miss her dearly. Predeceased by her husband Louis, siblings, Max, Eddie, Clara, Sophie, Gladys and son-in-law Phil Hecht. Her greatest joy in life was her family. Saying her occupation was Mother held the true meaning to her essence and being. A graveside service was held February 9 at the Hebrew Sick Cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons, Lee Braverman, Lorne Yuffe, Adam Gordon and nephews, Freddie Cooperman, Paul and Michael Kushner.
