PAUL WOYTIUK On Thursday, March 2, 2006, Paul Woytiuk passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 94 years. Paul was born in Poland, December 28, 1911, immigrated to Canada on his own and found employment as a shoemaker to carry on his trade from Poland. He brought his wife Anna and son Peter from Poland in 1950. Paul went on to open his own business called Paul's Shoe Store on Pembina Highway, where he and Anna continued to operate the store for 25 years until he retired. He was predeceased by his wife Anna in 1988 and son Peter in 1990. Paul leaves to mourn, his two grandchildren Alana and Orion of British Columbia. He loved his grandchildren and wished he could have spent more time with them. Paul loved to socialize and was always on the go. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and members of St. Mary the Protectress Church. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, March 8 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 9 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary the Protectress Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 820 Burrows Ave. with Rev.
