ELIZABETH MAE RHYMER April 4, 1923 March 2, 2006 It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Mae, at Victoria General Hospital, with her family by her side. Mom was predeceased by her husband Bill in 2002, and will be sadly missed by her children, Ron and Mary, Glen and Irene, Lynn and Garth; and by her grandchildren, Angie, Jaden, Kris and Cory. Mom was devoted to her family and her greatest source of pride and love was shown through her encouragement and interest in their lives. She had a special gift of understanding and a never ending supply of loving advice and good humour. She enjoyed a good curling game and could talk about all sports, especially football, with her grandsons. According to Mom's wishes, a private family service will be held with Rev. Ron Long officiating. The family wishes to thank all staff on Unit 3 north for their compassion, understanding and kindness shown to Mom. A very special thank you from our hearts to Dr. J. Horton who helped us through a very difficult time. We love you Mom with all our hearts, and you will be forever in our hearts. Your loving family.
