LUCILLE CUBBIDGE On Monday, February 20, 2006 at the Grace Hospital, Lucille Cubbidge passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years. Lucille was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Alice Cubbidge, and her brother Howard Cubbidge. She will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Peggy Cubbidge, niece Linda Cubbidge, nephew Tony (Laurie) Cubbidge and friends. Lucille attended Balmoral Hall School. She loved sports and was an avid downhill skier in her younger days. Reading was one of her favourite pastimes, as well as keeping in touch with current events. She cared for her mother until her death. Lucille will be fondly remembered for her sense of humour and her curiosity of life. A family graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 28 in St. John's Cathedral Cemetery where she was buried with her parents. The family wishes to thank the staff of Golden West Centennial Lodge for all their kindness while Lucille lived there.
