FREDERICK GEORGE HAMILTON Born on May 11, 1933, passed away on March 4, 2006. Fred was actively involved in all the communities he lived in, starting in Winnipeg, Edmonton and lastly Ladner. Fred enjoyed his 35-year railway career with CNR and Via Rail. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Thelma; sons George, Ron, Stuart (Heather), Russ (Nichola) and daughter Teresa; sisters, Marion, Jean, Alice (Ken); brother Jerry (Bertha), sister-in-law Dorothy; brother-in-law and dear friend Jim; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and his extended family and friends. The family would like to thank all the staff at Northcrest Care Centre. Fred always enjoyed entertaining at his home. Therefore, an Irish Wake will be held in his honour at the Hamilton Hilton on Saturday, March 11 from 1300 to 1800. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society.
