ANNIE CYHANCHUK (nee BORYS) Peacefully on March 6, 2006 at the Holy Family Nursing Home, Annie, our beloved Mother and Baba passed away at the age of 98. Annie was predeceased by her husband Steve; daughter Mary Karwacki and granddaughter Cheryl Karwacki. Missing her dearly she leaves to mourn her daughter Jenny Jette (Bud) of Minneapolis, MN; son-in-law Michael Karwacki; grandchildren, Gary Karwacki of Moreno Valley, CA; Gail Sutton (Daryl), Wayne Karwacki (Kris), Lorrie Daniel (Don) of Minneapolis, MN; great-grandhchildren, Brandon and Blake Jette of Minneapolis, MN, Jodi and Krysten Karwacki. At the early age of 16, Annie married her childhood sweetheart, Steve. Together they shared 70 wonderful years and she devoted a lot of her time caring for him until his passing in 1994. Annie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. You never left Baba's house without a kiss goodbye or an empty stomach. At Baba's house everyone was welcome and well fed. Annie spent the last ten years of her life at Holy Family Nursing home where she was loved and received wonderful care from the compassionate, loving and devoted staff whom she loved and considered as part of her family. Annie always had a smile on her face and a thank you to everyone who cared for her. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 10 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. God saw you getting tired And your strength was not to be, So he put his arms around you And whispered come to me. A golden heart stopped beating A loving woman at rest, God broke our hearts to prove He only takes the best. Each time we see your picture You seem to smile and say, Don't cry, I'm in God's keeping we'll meet again someday. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
