LAURIE FOX (nee MCCUTCHEON) On Tuesday, March 7, 2006 Laurie Fox passed away at the Portage District General Hospital at the age of 57. Predeceased by her father Walter McCutcheon, Laurie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Rhonda Fox- Schofield with grandchildren, Kierra and Kaeleb all of Portage la Prairie; daughter Michelle (Arthur) Chan of Winnipeg; son Bryan BJ (Andrea) Fox of Portage la Prairie; brother Gerald (Muriel) McCutcheon of Portage la Prairie; sister Ellen (Ray) McMillan of India; brother Earnest (Elsie) McCutcheon of Calgary; sister Thelma McCutcheon of Portage la Prairie; brother Ron (Ella) McCutcheon of Steinbach; brother Richard ( Tamara Fleming) McCutcheon of Winnipeg and brother Walter (Sally) McCutcheon of St. Louis Missouri along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. A service to celebrate Laurie will be held on Friday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the William Glesby Centre, Portage la Prairie. As expressions of sympathy, if friends so wish, donations may be made in Laurie's memory to Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0K8 or to Sunset Palliative Care, Inc., Box 92, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 3A7.
