Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET ALICE KNUDSON (nee STAPLES) Margaret Alice Knudson (nee Staples) peacefully died October 23, 2005 at Morgan Place care home in White Rock, BC. She was a beloved mother of three daughters, Betty Kendall of White Rock, BC, Ruth Hogue of Calgary, AB and Kathi Diewert of Chemainus, Vancouver Island. Margaret had six grandchildren, Robyn and David Kendall, Cory and Darrin Hogue, and Zach and Sian Diewert who were all fortunate to have known their grandmother. Margaret had a long teaching career starting at a one room school house in rural Manitoba in 1938, and progressing to kindergarten teacher in St. James and the Winnipeg School Division until 1978. She was predeceased by her loving husband Olaf V. Knudson. What a wonderful life! You will be sadly missed by all of us.
