Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDARCY ANDERSON August 29, 1955 March 5, 2006 With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we, the family of our dear sister, auntie and friend, announce Darcy's sudden passing on Sunday, March 5, 2006, at the Concordia Hospital. Darcy is survived by sisters, Arlene Bester and her family all of BC and Dayle Woytyshyn; nephew and Godson Jodi and nephew David (Jacquie); great-nieces, Candace and Danielle; special great-nephew Christopher, whom Auntie Dar enjoyed with great pleasure to have over for fun time visits as often as she possibly could; special cousin Noel Simmonds, who Darcy cherished and spent quality time with on many occasions; and dear friend Darlene Ayre, who was always there for Darcy each and every time Darcy called upon her. She was predeceased by her parents, David and Dolly Anderson. Our sister was a very optimistic person, who always saw her glass as half full instead of half empty. Darcy had a strong belief of the Buddist religion and enjoyed her fellowships with other Buddists. She was also an active member of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, which gave her great pleasure. In accordance with Darcy's request and wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in Darcy's memory may be made to any pet rescue or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Forever in our Hearts. Darcy's arrangements have been entrusted to the Family Owned Funeral Chapel of: WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 4665

I have fond memories of Darcy when we were kids. I had heard of her passing and I was deeply saddened. Darcy was gone too soon. - Posted by: D'Arcy Surrette (Childhood friend) on: Dec 25, 2012
