ANNE BULEZIUK Sadly, we announce the passing of Anne Buleziuk on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at the age of 85. Anne was predeceased by her parents Peter and Rosie, brother Nick, sisters Ida Bulbuck and Mary Holovach and niece Debbie (Buleziuk) Nevraumont. Anne will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Bill (Elsie), John (Valerie), George (Freda) and sisters Elsie Brewer) (Frank) and Cynthia Halwas (Lawrence), brother-in-law Alec Bulbuck and numerous nieces and phews. Anne was born in Lennard, MB. on December 1, 1920. In her early twenties, she left the farm with her sister Elsie and moved to Thunder Bay. Shortly thereafter, she decided that Winnipeg would become her home. She worked in the restaurant industry for many years and retired at the age of 65. Anne was a devoted member of the St. Ivan Suchvasky Church and spent many years singing in the church choir and helping at the peroghy club. Anne will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Concordia Place for their care and compassion. Prayers will be held on Monday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m. in St. Ivan Suchavsky Cathedral, 939 Main St., Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. also St. Ivan Suchavsky with Reverend Father Cornell Zubritsky officiating. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews Roger Buleziuk, William Holovach, Scott Hall, Darrell Sobkow, Murray Zimmer and great nephew Kyle Buleziuk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Ivan Suchavsky Church. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Braendle-Bruce Funeral Home of Russell, MB.
