EILEEN AUDREY GUIDRY Peacefully on Saturday, March 11, 2006, Eileen Guidry, aged 82 years of Winnipeg, MB, passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Eileen was born in Toronto, Ontario on June 10, 1923. Her and her husband Ernie of 59 years, moved to Winnipeg in 1963. She worked at the Hudson Bay Company in the stationary department for 25 years, and she was an active member of the Elm Park ladies bowling league. Besides her loving husband Ernie, Eileen leaves to cherish her memory her children; daughter Catharine and husband Bill Lewis; daughter Patty Guidry and husband Ben Kubica; and son David and wife Christine Guidry. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jaclyn (Cory Feschuk) and Susan Lewis; Evan, Blair, Alyson and Erica Cain; Nicholas, Alexander, and Matthew Guidry; and one great-granddaughter, Hayden Feschuk. Eileen is also survived by one brother Bill Kerr of Toronto, ON. A celebration of Eileen's life will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB, with Rev. Mark Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow at the Brookside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway St. Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 0S6.
