Born April 12, 1916 at Colinton (Edinburgh), Scotland to Andrew S. Lauder and Frances M. (Field) Lauder. Predeceased by his first wife Georgina (Jo) in 1987. Survived by his loving wife Mamie and sons John R. (Eve) of Vancouver, Scott C. of Toronto, Bruce D. (Jane) of Edmonton, Andrew J. (Alisa) of Hong Kong and Roderick D. H. (ex-Debbie) of Winnipeg. Also grandchildren Nina, Emma, Jacqui, Bree, Carly, Duncan and Ian and great-grandson Isaiah. Predeceased by his older sister Jessamine I. M. Gray (Andrew) of Lilyfield and younger brother Andrew A. Lauder (Muriel) of Kelowna. Memorial service was held at First Memorial Funeral Services, Kelowna, BC on Saturday, January 21. Interment will be held at a later date.
