JOSEPH MANN July 25, 1940 March 15, 2006 Suddenly following a short illness, Joseph Mann passed away on March 15, 2006 at Health Sciences Centre. Joseph was predeceased by his wife Brenda (0'Neill) in 1982, his daughter Michele Rogowski in 1994, his mother Ann Palmer in 1999 and one brother Raymond Mann in 1999. Joseph is survived by his children Constance Cook, Donald (Elaine), Larry (Diane), Lori (Maurice), Tracey (Lino), two brothers Ronald (Margaret), and Allan Palmer, and one sister Sylvia as well as his lifelong companion Norinne Goulet and her children and grandchildren. Joseph was born in Once Upon a Tyme, New Castle, England on July 25, 1940. At an early age he came to Canada with his family where he went to school in the Weston area. He worked for the City of Winnipeg for a number of years, and then became self-employed. Joseph loved spending time at the Westbrook Inn with his friends. Following Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering celebrating his life will be follow with further notice.
