Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE ELIZABETH MOLLER (nee LAUBER) 1920 - 2006 Marie passed away March 13, 2006 at The Foothills General Hospital in Calgary at the age of 86. Marie was born in Nemshen, Poland in 1920, spent her early life on a prosperous farm, was displaced by the Second World War and travelled as a refugee to Germany, and emigrated to Canada in 1948. There she met and married Reinhold and the next seven years lived happily in Plumas MB. Reinhold passed away suddenly in 1955, whereupon Marie relocated to Winnipeg, MB with four small children, where she resided until 1993. She then relocated to Cochrane, AB to be with her daughter Rose Palen. Marie was a very loving, tolerant and forgiving person to everyone in her life. Perhaps her harshest words were I like that not or I say nothing . Marie was predeceased by her husband Reinhold and three brothers. She is survived by daughters Rose (Fred) Palen of Cochrane, and Helen (Victor) Parent of Winnipeg; sons, Robert and Heins of Winnipeg, and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, who were the joy of he life. She is also survived by brother Georg (Frieda) of Germany, and brother Gerhard (Ingrid); sisters, Frieda (Leslie) Dodds and Hermine Lauber, and sister-in-law Elsie all of Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 20 at 11:00 a.m. in the Christ Lutheran Church, Waldersee, MB. Interment will follow in the Waldersee Churchyard Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, 730 Taylor Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3M 2K8.
