MARY ELEANOR LEPERRE (nee BILOUS) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mary Eleanor Leperre. Mary went peacefully into God's arms on Wednesday, March 15, 2006. Mary was born on April 27, 1921 in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Jules Leperre in 1991. Mary leaves to mourn five children, Raymond (LindaGene) of Edmonton, Patricia Boehm (Adolf) of Winnipeg, Georgette Morley (Myles) of Ste. Rose, Janet Ruchkall (Wallace) of Hazelridge and Robert (Irene) of East St. Paul. As well, Mary is survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mary spent many years as a loving wife and mother to her family on the farm outside Ste. Rose. Following retirement from the family farm, Mary and Jules moved back to Winnipeg in 1975. Children always held a special place in Mary's heart. She was happiest when she was with babies and young children. Mary took special pride in having the opportunity to care for her two youngest grandsons, John and David Leperre, before they started school. Mary will be remembered most for her unconditional love for children, her uncompromising honesty and genuine integrity. May God bless you and welcome you with open arms. A private funeral mass for immediate family will be celebrated. Burial will take place in the Belgian Sacred Heart Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to the Children's Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 3J2 or phone 1-800-267-9474. A Psalm of David (The 23rd Psalm) The Lord is my shepherd: I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul. He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley Of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me. Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me In the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house Of the Lord forever. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
