Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL STEMPKOWSKI On Thursday, March 16, 2006, Paul Stempkowski, dearly beloved husband of Angela, passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 88 years. Besides his loving wife Angela, Paul leaves to mourn, his daughter Caron; grandchildren, Chris, Bradley, Cindy, Neil and Holly; great-grandson Nicholas; stepchildren, Susan, Colleen and Patrick. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary; his first wife Pauline; brother Peter; and sister Helen. Paul was born November 15, 1917. He served with the RCAF from 1941 to 1945. After the war his career was with Winnipeg Transit for 36 years, starting with street cars, trolleys and diesel. He was proud after all those years that he had no accidents and was named Driver of the Month three times by his passengers. Grateful thanks to doctors and staff of Seven Oaks for their compassionate and understanding care to Paul and his family. Prayers will be held on Sunday, March 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 20 at 12:00 p.m. also at Cropo Chapel with Deacon Gary McCallum officiating. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire donations may be made in Paul's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
