Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLENA GLOWATSKY (nee BADIUK) September 19, 1908 March 17, 2006 Lena Glowatsky, at the age of 97 years, passed away peacefully at the Grace Hospital on Friday, March 17, 2006 to be with her Lord and Savior. Lena is survived by three daughters, Helen (Joe) Kowbel of Winnipeg, Mary (Dan) Hrabarchuk of Landmark, and Doris Grierson of Winnipeg; three grandchildren, Debbie Kowbel, Larry Hrabarchuk and Jason Grierson; two step-grandchildren, Danny and Mark Hrabarchuk, and one step-great-grandchild Taylor Hrabarchuk. She was predeceased by her husband George in 1976 and her sisters, Sophy, Rose, Domka, Mary, Kathy and brother Nick. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Rd. Rev. Fr. Pozniak presiding. Interment to follow in Vita Cemetery.
