Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTON (TONY) LIMA Suddenly, after a short battle with lung cancer, Tony Lima passed away on March 18, 2006 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 72. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Margaret; daughters, Michele Beauchemin and Janet (Ron) Quiring; grandchildren, Robert and Nicole Beauchemin; aunt Anna Feldman; cousin Jean Roth and father-in-law Kurt Wiesselmann. He also leaves to mourn his passing, brother-in-law Kurt (Betty) Wiesselmann; niece Karen (Jack) Brygidyr, great-niece Samantha; nephew Sheldon (Val) Wiesselmann and great-nephews Mike and Tyler. He was predeceased by his parents and his uncles Robert Feldman and Alfred Roth. Tony was born on February 21, 1934 in Elbogen, Czech Republic, and moved to Weissenstadt, Germany in 1946, with his mother, Auguste Lima. They immigrated to Canada in 1952, when Tony began his career as an aircraft inspector with Bristol Aerospace in Winnipeg, where he worked until his retirement in 1997. During his retirement he enjoyed woodworking and computer simulated flying. He was devoted to his family, cherished his friends and had a great love for animals. Tony could always be counted on to build things or lend a helping hand. In accordance with Tony's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of their choice. Arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME CREMATORIUM 1531 Pembina Hwy. 284-7500
