ASIF ESMAIL October 11, 1968 - March 22, 2006 It is with sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Asif Esmail (Ash). Left to mourn are daughter Jessica; son Jordan; loving friends Adelia (Lily) and Pam; mother and father; brothers, Nash and Karim, sisters, Shamshad, Goody, Nazma, Filoza and Fowzia; nieces, Neesha, Asha, Renée, Tessa and Serena; nephews, Tyler and Jamell. Ash was born in Uganda, Africa and moved to Winnipeg as a young child. Ash grew up to be a wonderful man and a loving father who cherished his time with his daughter and son. In his free time he enjoyed playing basketball very much and was Michael Jordan's biggest fan. Ash held the same job at Lowe Refrigeration for Murray and Jan Lowe since the age of 18 years and will be missed by all co-workers and close friends, Roman, Rob, Glen, Marcos, Richard, Rui, Jan, Jimmy, Vicanan, Lisabete, Dinarte, Maria, Fadel, Irene and Luis. Services will be held on Tuesday, March 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. 774-7474. To know we never said goodbye Will always bring regret, But hearts that loved you dearly Are the ones that won't forget. God took your hand, we had to part, He eased your pain, but broke our hearts.
