THERESA MARY KORZINSKI (TRIXIE) July 28, 1917 March 24, 2006 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our sister, aunt and great-aunt on March 24, 2006 at the age of 88. Theresa is survived by brothers Albert, Charlie and Stanley and sister Cathy. She will be lovingly remembered for her kind heart and caring nature and will be missed by her sister, brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Theresa was born in Wabigoon, ON, eventually moving to Winnipeg in her younger years; there she worked as a seamstress. Theresa was always very energetic even in her senior years. She was also a member of the Third Order of St. Francis. She loved spending summers with her sister Rose, nieces and nephews in Oxdrift, ON. Theresa loved the outdoors and especially picking wild blueberries, she enjoyed board games and just loved spending time with family. The family wishes to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Health Sciences Centre. A special thanks to Steve Wilkinson for being a helping friend throughout the years and especially during her last days. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 29 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Avenue with Very Rev. Fr. Michael Koryluk as celebrant. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Donations may be made in Theresa's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
