EMIL TERLINSKI With great sadness we announce the passing of our much loved father and grandfather, Emil Terlinski on March 26, 2006 after a brief illness. Dad was born near Steinbach, MB on May 15, 1923 to Peter and Antonia. He was predeceased by his wife Frances in 2003 and by his siblings, Frank, Paul, Joe and Martha-Jean. He will be greatly missed by his son Len (Karen) Terlinski; daughter Donna (Rob) Stirling; grandchildren, Vicki Terlinski (Chris Arnold), Lisa and Shaun Mooney and Matthew Terlinski; his siblings, Lillian Benes, Rose Bielinski, Jean (Jerry) Moszynski, Leo (Anne) Trelinski , Bert (Maria) Trelinski. After leaving the family farm, Dad worked in Winnipeg where he met the light of his life Frances and they married in 1945. Dad and Mom raised their two children, Len and Donna in north Winnipeg. In 1960 Dad founded Emil's Transport Refrigeration. As he was a natural mechanic and salesman, he grew the company into a thriving business. After selling the business he and Mom travelled a little and enjoyed their family and retirement. In the last three years Dad has missed Mom and we are glad that they are together again. We will always remember Dad as a kind and loving man. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 30 at 10:30 a.m. at his home Parish of St. Thomas Anglican Church, 1567 William Ave. W. with The Rev. Julie Collings officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to do so may express their sympathy by donating in Emil's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
