JUSTIN TAYLOR It is with great sadness that the family of Justin Taylor announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, March 15, 2006. He was 20 years of age. Justin James Taylor was born on June 28, 1985, in Winnipeg, MB, the son of Robert and Heather (nee MacGregor) Taylor. He received his primary education in Bredenbury and attended high school in Yorkton. Justin had many interests including hockey, wakeboarding, knee boarding, fishing, snow mobiling, snow boarding and skiing. He especially liked listening to music on his car stereo. Justin had just completed his second year of school at SIAST in Moose Jaw, SK. He had been employed with E.M. Welding since graduating from high school. Most of his closest friends worked with him at E.M. Welding. Justin had just moved one week prior to his passing to work in the oilfield in Estevan as a welder. Justin will be remembered for the beautiful smile he always had on his face and will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Justin leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory his parents Robert and Heather Taylor of Bredenbury; his sister Cassie Taylor (Ben Hutchings) of Saltcoats; his girlfriend Destiny Rokosh and her daughter Sierrah; his grandparents Lint and Connie Taylor of Bredenbury and Greg and Ruby MacGregor of Winnipeg; his great-grandmother Elsie Taylor of Bredenbury; as well as many, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 18 from the Bredenbury Community Hall (under the auspices of Knox United Church, Bredenbury) with Rev. Walter Farquharson officiating. The organist, Mrs. Ruth Datema and organist, Mr. Lorne Neal, led the congregation as well as members of the Knox United Church Choir and the Saltcoats United Church Choir in the singing of the hymns, How Great Thou Art, Would You Bless Our Homes and Families, and Amazing Grace. Family friend Fred Nicholson shared words of tribute and eulogy. Singers from the Church of God in Christ - Mennonite shared ministry in song as they sang, Asleep in Jesus. The cremation committal followed in the Bredenbury Town Cemetery with Justin's sister Cassie Taylor serving as the urn bearer, and all of Justin's many friends serving as honorary pallbearers. Friends so wishing may make donations in Justin's name to the ALS Society, the Canadian Cancer Society, or the charity of their choice as tokens of remembrance. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Christie-Hill Funeral Chapel Crematorium, Yorkton, SK.
