MARGARET (PEGGY) GRAY (nee MACKAY) January 7, 1915 - March 30, 2006 After 91 years of living, loving and laughing, Mum peacefully passed away at the Riverview Health Centre on Thursday, March 30, 2006. To celebrate her life are her daughter Marlene Boyda (Jim); two sons, Ian and Scott (Louise); Pat Gray; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; niece Barrie Reid; nephew Ian MacKay and their families, as well as her dear cousins, the Law family. She was predeceased by her husband Alexander Gray; brother Dr. George MacKay; sister-in-law Dorothy MacKay of Vancouver, BC. Peggy was a life member of the Lord Selkirk Camp, Sons of Scotland and an employee of the Hudson's Bay Co. for many years. Mum enjoyed her many years at McClure Place and was an active member of McClure United Church. She was a kind and gracious lady who was always concerned about others. Her life long passion for Victoria Beach, which started with her first visit in 1926, has been lovingly passed on to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In accordance with Mum's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A private family graveside service will be held in Old Kildonan Cemetery. Special thanks to Mum's many friends and relatives for their love and support these last few months. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peggy's memory to McClure United Church, 533 Greenwood Pl., Winnipeg, MB R3G 3M1. You lived your life for those you loved and those you loved remember. Peggy's arrangements have been entrusted to the Family Owned Funeral Chapel of: WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
