JOHN SEMCHUK It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of a husband, father and grandfather, John Semchuk, aged 79 years, on Wednesday, March 29, 2006. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce of 44 years; his children, Jan Pleskacz (Len), Donna Heckert (Darren) and son Doug; grandchildren, Mike (Alanna) Pleskacz, Debbie Pleskacz, Candyce, Kristen and Tyson Heckert; brothers Ted and Harry. He was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Christina, brother Nick, sister Mary and her husband Walter Rogocki. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Ave. East, Beausejour, MB. Service will terminate at the chapel with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, donations in John's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
