ROBERTA ELEANOR DINNIN (nee BROWETT) It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, aged 77 years of Carman, MB on Saturday, April 1, 2006. Mom was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Gordon in 2005. Mom will be greatly missed by her children, Bruce (Wendy), Linda (Jack) Bury, and Gary (Jonina). Grandma leaves to cherish her grandchildren, Ken (Sheri), Neil, Brett, Kristen, Tessa, Nolan, and great-granddaughters, Shelby, Chelsea, and Jennifer. Roberta was born in 1929 in Winnipeg, and married Gordon in 1950 and moved to Carman in 1967. Cremation has taken place and a private family commemoration will be held later in the year. The family cannot express how grateful they are to the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their kindness and compassion shown to Mom and her family during her stay at the hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
