KATHLEEN E. FRAME Kathleen E. Frame, aged 91 years, died Thursday, March 30, 2006 at her home. A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 6 at St. John's Presbyterian Church. Born in Winnipeg, June 14, 1914, Mrs. Frame was the daughter of Joseph and Kathleen Brotheridge Jackson. She married Hugh Frame March 18, 1939 in Winnipeg. They moved to White Rock in 1987. He died in 1990. Mrs. Frame is survived by a son, Richard H. Frame of Columbus, Indiana; grandchildren, Scott Smith and Kathleen Schlifer of Toronto and Diane McIlwain of Columbus, Indiana; brothers-in-law, Jim Frame of Surrey, BC and Don Frame of Winnipeg; cousins, Bob Barlow of Abbotsford, BC, Marge Brotheridge and Audrey Raines of Winnipeg and many nieces and nephews.
