Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUGUSTE KOSS (nee LISKE) September 26, 1915 - April 4, 2006 Peacefully, at the Misericordia Health Centre, Auguste passed away at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Johanna Gruenke and Rosemarie (Fred) Kecht both of Winnipeg; her grandchildren, Rudy (Margaret) Gruenke of Winnipeg, Eric (Terry) Gruenke of Okotoks, AB, Adele (Jeff) Breese of Winnipeg, Ingrid Kecht, Ernie Kecht of Winnipeg, great-grandchildren, Greg, Mikhayla of Winnipeg, Breanne, Marissa, Jordan of Okotoks, David, Janice of Winnipeg, great-great-grandchild Daniel of Winnipeg; as well as one sister Adeline (Erwin) and also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ludwig in 1976; her parents, Julius and Adele Liske; three brothers, Ewald, Ernie and Robert; as well as three sisters, Martha, Annie and Wilhelmina. Mom loved visiting her family and friends. She liked gardening and knitting for the family or the needy at Christmas, as well as crocheting and quilting. She loved the Lord and her church. We wish to thank all the nurses and caregivers at Misericordia. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peters Lutheran Church, 65 Walnut St. at Wolseley, Pastor Heimo Bachmeyer officiating, with interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Rudy Gruenke, Eric Gruenke, Jeff Breese, Ernie Kecht, Ingrid Kecht and David Kecht. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice or to St. Peter's Church, 65 Walnut St., Winnipeg, MB R3G 1N9.
