WILLIAM (BILL) PETER GLOWA 1932 to 2006 On March 30, 2006 beloved husband and father Bill, quietly passed away in his home at the age of 73. Bill was preceded by his father Peter, mother Mary and his sister Olga. Bill will be loved and fondly remembered by his wife Shirley; son William, daughter-in-law Vicky and grandchildren, Meagan and Sarah; his son Brent, daughter-in-law Lisa and grandchildren, Justin, Kyle and Amanda and his sons, Kenneth and Don. Bill will also be remembered fondly by his brother Steven Glover and sister-in-law Mary as well as his brother Walter Glover and sister-in-law Mary. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dad enjoyed his 35 years of work with his friends at MTS and continued his hobbies of computers and wood working until his last days. Bill loved his family and built many wonderful wood working projects for his wife, children and grandchildren that will be keepsakes for years to come. Dad also enjoyed our years at Beauty Bay on Black Sturgeon Lake in Ontario, fishing and our family trips. A celebration of life will be held on April 8 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 701 Regent Ave. W at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers for expressions of sympathy, if family and friends so desire, memorial donations can be made in Bill's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
