ANN MELNYK (nee JUMAGA) May 7, 1935 - April 3, 2006 Peacefully, after suffering a stroke, it is with deep regret we announce the death of Ann, on Monday, April 3, 2006 at the Grace Hospital. Remaining to forever cherish her memory are her sister Elsie Kent (Brian); brothers, Stan and Joe (Carole); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Nick; son Myles; parents, Wasyl and Mary; sisters, Rose Smith, Jean Dybka and Elaine Brokop; and brothers, Richard, Mike, Pete and Roy. Ann spent the last six years on Strauss Drive, where she enjoyed the company of many neighbours and friends. She had a great sense of humour and particularly enjoyed outings to the casino with her niece Valerie. A family funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Boulevard.
