ANNIE KUTROSKI (KIYAN) (nee JACKULUK) Annie was born September 9, 1918, and passed away April 3, 2006 at Seven Oaks General Hospital. She was predeceased by John Kiyan (1970); two daughters, Val and Sharon; brothers, sisters and parents. Annie is survived by Sid (Rose), Pat and Gerry; grandchildren, Wes (Carrie), Jason (Shannon) Christopher, Kyle (Dee Rhoda); great-grandchildren, Krisstina, Samantha, Melisa, Kayden and Tianna. Annie is also survived by one sister Dorothy and numerous relatives. A special thank you to the fourth floor, Unit 10 and Unit 12 at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. Also to the various home care workers and to Lorraine. In accordance to Annie's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. A private interment will follow at a later date.
