Family was an important part of her life where she looked forward to their visits, gatherings and calls. There was nothing she enjoyed more than to spend time with her family and greeted each new member with warm hearted enthusiasm. She was born in South Junction but lived in St. Jean once she married Charlie. She and had a wonderful life filled with many happy moments. They enjoyed each other's company completely. She was always ready to lend a helping hand whether for family, friends, community or church. She enjoyed gardening, taking walks, knitting, and watching curling. She was easy to get along with and her open-door policy made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed into her heart and home. She was always ready to offer visitors a coffee, a meal, or a listening ear. The smell of fresh baked bread, cinnamon buns, canned tomatoes with toast and peppermints will bring us back home to memere's kitchen. Au revoir The funeral mass was held on Thursday, March 23. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
