Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or Memory(MARY) ELLEN LEWIS (nee BRADFORD) March 22, 1918 April 8, 2006 Peacefully, with her family by her side at Seven Oaks Hospital, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Ellen passed away at the age of 88. Ellen will be sadly missed by her daughters Gloria Lewis, Pat (John) Dueck and Gwenn Smith; her six grandchildren and her six great-grandchildren. Ellen was predeceased by her husband Frank and son-in-law Ken Smith. Thank you to the third floor, unit 7 staff at Seven Oaks Hospital.
