Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRANNVEIG MIDFORD (RANNY) Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Ranny passed away at Park Manor Personal Care Home on Tuesday, April 11, 2006. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Dianne Costain and Donna Workman; sisters, Sigurdur Emerson and Pearl Eyford; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Chris, son Bill and daughter Charlene. Ranny was active in sports such as curling and bowling, and through these activities made many lifelong friends. She was a wonderful mother and loving friend, who gave her children the gift of unconditional love. Heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers at Park Manor for their kind and compassionate care. Funeral service 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 18 at Bardal Funeral Chapel, 843 Sherbrook St. Private family interment will follow at the Lutheran Cemetery in Selkirk, MB. Donations in memory of Ranny's life can be made to Park Manor Personal Care Home, 301 Redonda St., Winnipeg, MB R2C 1L7 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 if so desired.
