HELENE FULTON (nee BERGMAN) May 19, 1935 - April 12, 2006 With great sadness, we announce the passing of Helene on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at the age of 70 years. Predeceased by her parents, Fred and Frances Bergman, she leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Ron of 49 years; her four children, Dave (Jamie), Sharon (Kim), Jan and Brad (Brenda); brothers, Fred (Eileen), Wally, and Claude (Iris) and eight grandchildren, Courtney, Kirby, Injah, Daniel, Andrew, Farrell, Kyle and Tia. Helene grew up in the Gimli area and later she lived in B.C. and Winnipeg. She was a devoted wife, mother and amma. She was a sweet, caring, and loving soul who devoted her life to her family. She will be sorely missed. Thank you to the nurses, doctors and chaplains at Grace Hospital for their help and comfort and a special thank you to the home-care workers for their assistance and companionship. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Monday, April 17 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with interment and reception to follow.
