ALBERT PAUL 1912 - 2006 Passed away suddenly but peacefully on April 12, 2006 surrounded by his children. He emigrated to Winnipeg at an early age. Predeceased by his loving wife Billie of 65 years; mother, father; brothers, Alec, Issey and sister Fanny. Left to mourn are children, Dr. Gerald and wife Judy of LA, Frances Steinberg of Calgary and Cary of Winnipeg; as well as numerous grandchildren, Johnathon, Zachary, Stephanie and Benjamin of LA, Marnie Steinberg of Toronto, Alan and Jamey Paul of Winnipeg. Albert was a quietly dignified soul who represented class and humility. Even on the morning of his passing he insisted on being dressed and groomed. Dad was not a man of riches, but left many riches behind. His last three years without his beloved wife Billie were very difficult for him. He is now free to join her with open arms. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 16 at Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, Gate 3. Many thanks to the staff, 2nd floor Sharon Home. Contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
