She is survived by her son Lorne; brothers, Bill, Clarence and Ted Mitchell; cousins, Betty Halas and Kathy Hastie, extended family of close and dear friends. A graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Thursday, April 20 at 1:30 p.m. at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations may be made to your favourite charity.
