FLORENCE ELIZA KLYNE (nee BALFOUR) November 17, 1926 - April 15, 2006 It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Florence Klyne after a lengthy illness and a courageous struggle that ended on April 15, 2006. Florence was born in Norway House, MB and lived the last few years of her life in Winnipeg. She leaves the following to mourn in her passing, daughter, M. Cindy Richards (Abel Muswagon); sons, Kenneth Richards (Anne Hall) and Albert Richards; as well as 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her second husband Edward Klyne; parents, George and Nellie Balfour; brothers, Russell Balfour and Kenneth Balfour; sister-in-law and wife of Kenneth, Edith Balfour; daughter Brenda Evans; great-grandchildren, Cassandra Wilson, Baby Evans and Baby Clarke; and her first husband Albert Richards. The family would like to express their special thanks and appreciation to the following at the Health Sciences Centre, the D-4 Ward and Dialysis Unit staff; and the numerous doctors and nurses, who all showed extreme care and compassion for our mother Florence in her final days. Wake services will be held Tuesday, April 18 at 6:00 p.m. to Wednesday, April 19 at the Norway House United Church Hall. Funeral services and the Final Viewing will be held Thursday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m., also at the United Church. Rena Apetagon will be officiating the services, with interment to follow at the North End Cemetery. Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Friend, All your pain and suffering is no more. All that remains are tears and our cherished memories of you. The love and joy that you have bestowed on so many, Will be sadly missed and in our hearts forever. You are now where you have always belonged, Amongst the Angels and in the Arms of the Lord.
