BARBARA JANE MCLEOD March 14, 1949 - April 15, 2006 Suddenly on Saturday, April 15, 2006 Barbara passed away at home. Barbara was a loving and supportive mother first. Sacrificing her own dreams and opportunities for the future of her daughter Katherine and her son Danny, Barbara is survived by her loving husband Richard who was her best friend and was always there for her. Barbara loved spending the summer months at their cottage in Matlock. She looked forward to the holidays where she would enjoy hosting family get togethers, where we would all love her famous perogies and traditional dishes. Barbara was predeceased by her father, William Pollock and her mother, Eunice Campbell. She is survived by her son Danny and wife Lisa and her grandchildren Tineesha, River and Sage of Otterburne, daughter Katherine; brothers, Larry and wife Aileen, Bill, sister-in-law Cathy and husband Bryan of Beausejour. Her nephews and nieces Lana (David), Little Larry (Soula), Bradley and Kimberly; her favorite uncle Arnoll Andrew. In keeping with Barb's wishes, no service will be held. Family and friends are invited to join us in remembering Barb on Friday, April 21 starting at 2:00 p.m. in Otterburne. Please call Dan or Lisa at 1-204-433-3953 for directions.
