Words cannot express my heartfelt sympathy. Kelvin volunteered his time for Family Violence Intervention Team project with the WPS (2002-2004). Kelvin was a gentle and quiet person; sometimes you would not know that he was in the office with us. Kelvin was a talented young person with exceptional organizational and computer skills. He was always eager to offer a helping hand. His gentle demeanor and friendly smile was part of his charm. His dream of being a police officer was not realized with the passing of his short life. Kelvin will always be remembered as part of the FVIT. - Posted by: Adrian Raizman (Acquaintance) on: Apr 24, 2006
