RAYMOND COURTNEY WHITE 1942 - 2006 On April 11, 2006, with quiet dignity, Ray made his transition to the peace of the spirit world after a courageous battle with cancer. Ray, the eldest son of Max and Ida White (formerly of Reston, MB), was an integral part of the Reston community till he left to continue his education at the University of Manitoba. After 33 years of dedicated teaching in the Winnipeg School Division, retirement eventually led him to settle on the West Coast, in Richmond, BC, with his devoted wife Fran. Left to continue Ray's legacy of commitment, caring and education; his wife Fran, his Father Max White, siblings, Maxine Morrow, Alexander (Carol), Susan McLean (Grant Eppy) and Fran's siblings, Joyce, Don, Betty, Pat (Horace), Joan (Winston) Brian (Annick), Diane (Tom), Lillian, Ann (Al), Kay, Peter (Sharon) as well as cousins, many special nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews and devoted friends. Any memorial donations will be gratefully accepted in Ray's memory to any Charity of your choice. Celebrations of Rays life will be held in our hearts and his memory will live on forever.
