GARY MELVIN REMENDA Gary suddenly passed away from cancer on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 53. My brother Gary will be missed by all. Left to mourn are his brother Ken Ciunyk (Kathy) and his sister Gloria Ciunyk of Winnipeg; nephews Cory, Sean (Loraina), John and Jerry as well as other relatives and friends of Winnipeg and Saskatoon, SK. He was predeceased by his mother, Lena in 2000; father, Harry in 1987; his grandmother, Ella in 1995; brothers Jerry and Lawrence. Gary was born in Winnipeg at St. Boniface Hospital on April 23, 1952. He had many hobbies, which included fishing, gardening, cooking and barbecuing. Gary attended college taking a degree course to become a chemical technologist. Afterwards, for a change, he then worked with his own car as a taxi driver/owner for many years. Thanks to the nursing staff and doctors at Riverview Health Centre. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, with visitation one hour prior. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
