IRENE FEASEY Passed on Saturday morning April 22, 2006 at the age of 75 years. She was born August 28, 1930 in Hamilton, Ont. Her late husband Ralph, the love of her life passed January 15, 1986. Irene's 50th Wedding Anniversary would have been April 28. Left to carry on Irene's love of life are her children, Steve in BC, Diane (Lyle) in Ashern, Margaret (Ed) in Winnipeg, Barbara (Milton) in Woodlands, Sue (Mel) in Winnipeg. Her Grandchildren, Liz, Tara, Chris, Steven, Jenine, Kevin, Austin, Becky, Jordan, Jeff, Roland, Jenny, and Trevor. Irene won The M.L.C.A. Senior Curling Championship in 1982, and was an outstanding curler. She continued to attend curling events 2 or 3 times a week. Irene's other passion was Horse Racing . She was at the Assiniboia Downs every Sunday afternoon to enjoy the Racing, Summer Days, her family, friends, and a few cold ones. That was her perfect day. Irene had a lot of friends. Most late afternoons in recent years would find Irene at The Wok House on Portage Ave., talking and laughing with Kenny and Crew. In accordance with Irene's wishes, cremation has taken place. In lieu of service, there will be a come and go celebration of Irene's life, on Wednesday, April 26, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at The Wok House, 3729 Portage Ave . No flowers please. Donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
