Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySEAN (BUBBLES) SHORTRIDGE It is with extreme sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, Sean Thomas Shortridge on April 20, 2006. Sean was born in Winnipeg May 26, 1975. He attended St. Alponsus and St. Boniface Diocesan School where he gained many lifelong friends which he thought of more as brothers than friends. He worked at Star Building Supplies for many years where he gained the nickname Bubbles . Sean will be greatly missed for his way to make everyone feel included wherever he was. He always had some comment that could make everyone laugh. Sean will be greatly missed by his parents, Roger and Sharon; daughter Mina; grandparents, Charles and Leona Kramble; special friend Pamela Kolbuck; and numerous relatives and friends. Sean was predeceased by brother Christopher, grandmother Vera, aunt Dolly, and cousin Brady. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 27, at 1:00 p.m. in the Transcona Memorial United Church, 209 Yale Ave. W. Eulogy will be by friends Mike, Peter, Chris and Jimmie. Family viewing before service. Cremation to follow. Sean, we'll always love you and will never forget the wonderful memories that you left us with that will help sustain us until we see you again. Goodbye my wonderful sweet baby, I'll miss my coffee with you. Love Mom. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sean's name to Canadian Diabetes Association. Wheeler Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements. 224-1525.

Dear Roger and Sharon, I came across Sean’s name today in looking up someone else. I was shocked to read that he had passed away at such a very young age. I still recall him as a young boy in Grade one at St. Alphonsus School. At this very late date, I extend my sympathies at having lost your beloved son way too soon.. 🕯🌹I am not sure if you will get this message but thought I would give it a try. My heart goes out to you.
