Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERYL IRENE SUGGITT ( nee SMITH) Suddenly on Sunday, April 23, 2006 at the Concordia Hospital with her family present, Beryl Suggitt, our beloved mother and grandmother passed away just after celebrating her 79th birthday. Mom leaves to cherish her memory her children, Gayle (Roy), Robert (Penny), Rod, Joan (Paul), Christine (Mel), Judy (Tom), Gerald (Cathy), Nancy (Kim), Allan (Kim) and Laurence; 16 grandchildren; a sister Betty of BC, numerous nieces and nephews, along with many long time family friends and neighbours. A devoted wife, mother and grandma, she will be sadly missed by all. Mom was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Quintin (Red) in 2004 and her granddaughter Quinn in 2005. Mom and Dad resided in Transcona from 1959 until her passing and was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Transcona Legion #7 since 1968. Mom enjoyed many hobbies, the most recent of which were knitting, reading, gardening and bingo. She was an excellent cook and especially enjoyed baking for her family and friends and the many family dinners and barbecues. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the paramedics and firefighters, and the doctors, nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital. At Mom's request, cremation has taken place. A gathering to celebrate Mom's life will be held on Friday, April 28, 2006 between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. at the East End Community Club, 517 Pandora Avenue East. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Stroke Foundation or a charity of one's choice. WE LOVE MISS YOU MA Arrangements entrusted with Wheeler Funeral Chapel.
