Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK ANTHONY GRACEFFO Frank Anthony Graceffo passed away on the morning of April 23, 2006 at Tuxedo Villa. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Serafina; brothers, Charles, Jim, Alphonse, Sam and his sister, Eva. He is survived by his partner in life, Lil McMillin and her children, Karen and George and their families. He is also survived by his brothers, Emil, Joseph and Leonard, as well as his sisters, Florence, Maria, Mafalda, Yolanda and many nieces and nephews. Frank was born on March 3, 1917 and graduated from Kelvin High School. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. On his return he joined Trans Canada Airline, which later became Air Canada. He served in various positions in Windsor, Thunder Bay before returning to Winnipeg where he was the Airport Customer Service Manager until his retirement. He retired to the Village of Dunnottar where he was the proud owner of the 7 Lions, a fabulous piece of lake front property that was his favourite place to be. He also served as a councilor for the village of Dunnottar. In accordance with Frank's wishes, immediate cremation has taken place and a private family graveside memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 27 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery. If friends desire, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Frank's name to the Alzheimer Association of Manitoba. The family wishes to extend their deep appreciation to the staff of Tuxedo Villa for their care of Frank, most particularly those that worked at Station 2.
