NETTIE ANASTASIA GOSSELIN March 14, 1922 - April 24, 2006 Peacefully on April 24, 2006, Nettie passed away at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 84. Nettie is survived by her loving daughters, Beverley (Gordon) Pawlowich and Linda (Roy) Perchaluk; best friend and companion Harry Niinemets; grandchildren, Kim Pawlowich (Scott Sabeski), Laura (Tim) Carter, Andrew Perchaluk (Tara Onook), James Perchaluk and Jeff Pawlowich; great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Shelina, Sarissa, Josiah, Adiera and Isabel; brothers, Joe (Joyce) Tachinski and Mike (Evaleen) Tachinski; sisters, Joyce (Tom) Kowalchuk, Ann (Lawrence) Romanchuk and Vicki (Tom) Bingham and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Maria Tachinski; brother Alex; niece Brenda Romanchuk. Nettie was born in Poland and came to Canada in 1928 with her family. They farmed in Pine Ridge, in her later teens she moved to Winnipeg to work. Nettie retired from Municipal Hospitals in May 23, 1986. In her retirement years she traveled to many exotic places. She loved gardening and tending her flowers. Nettie will be missed by all. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Heath Centre for their care and compassion. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28 at 10:00 a.m., at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with visitation being held at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Ukrainian National Cemetery, R.M. of Springfield. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren and spouses. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nettie's memory to CancerCare Manitoba. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
